Day 1 - 13st3lb

Flipping heck, how did that happen!  In January this year I started SW doing the 12 week count down, and lost nearly a stone.  Then I went back to work and put all of that back on again.  Ah well.  So here is my Day 1 menu and thoughts:

Breakfast - Weetabix (x2) plus 1 banana and milk from allowance
Lunch - Tuna & sweetcorn pasta (tuna & sweetcorn mixed with a little natural yogurt)
Dinner - Chicken Dopiaza with rice (chicken dopiaza from the SW Oct 2012 magazine supplement)

Today has been a complete rush and a bit of a nightmare.  I'd left my menu planning and food shopping until today which is why my lunch was a bit uninspired.  However, dinner was absolutely lovely.  The dopiaza was a little bit sweet and I'd probably reduce the amount of cinnamon next time I make it, but it made more than enough for me and hubby, with plenty left over to freeze for a quick mid-week dinner.
